JOB PURPOSE
Are you a proactive and skilled professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for an Upwork Manager to lead and shape our operations on the Upwork platform. As an Upwork Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, pre-sale and sales activities, and contract management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Way: Take full responsibility for all Upwork platform activities
- Attract Clients: Actively search for and engage potential clients on the Upwork platform
- Effective Communication: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs and sharing details about our services
- Showcase Expertise: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients
- Manage Contracts: Manage the entire contract process, from drafting to review and finalization
- Lead Generation Mastery: Generate potential leads using Upwork and other channels
- Engage and Transform: Communicate with cold leads, turning them into warm prospects
- Data Management: Import lead data into our CRM system for streamlined operations
- Outgoing Campaigns: Initiate outbound campaigns to attract potential leads
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven Experience: At least two years of experience in effective management of all Upwork activities: from Leads’ searching to closing the deal
- Great Communicator: Strong English skills for smooth client interactions (at least upper-intermediate)
- Proposal Power: Proficiency in creating proposals, negotiating, and addressing client questions
- Sales Process Insight: Familiarity with pre-sale and sales processes, with a track record of contributing successful outcomes
- Future Sales Star: Aiming to develop into a confident and successful sales professional
- Interest in GameDev: This industry may not be your area of expertise, but you surely interested in it. And if you have some experience working in GameDev it would be a huge plus
- Analytical mind: You are able to analyze the market and your workflow to improve the results
- Willingness to learn: You are always open for the opportunity to know something new and never stop developing yourself as a professional
- Out of the box thinker: You never stop trying something new and unique to reach the goal
