Job Overview:
Join Wargaming’s dynamic HR Operations team as an HR Administrator! We’re seeking a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
— Keep personnel records for admissions, transfers, and dismissals.
— Prepare labor records and personnel documents.
— Issue personnel orders and ensure timely communication with employees.
— Draft and sign labor contracts and additional agreements.
— Manage vacation schedules, issue vacation orders, and collaborate with the finance department.
— Maintain timesheets and staff lists, update records, and handle civil law contracts.
— Create and update policies and procedures for personnel records.
— Provide advice on personnel issues and labor legislation.
— Administer documents according to legislation and the company’s internal policies.
— Manage information on employees and staffing events in 1C, SAP Success Factors.
Qualifications:
1) Completed higher education (master’s or specialist).
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3) Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Laws, DiiaCity regulations, and personnel documentation standards.

— Proficiency in English (B2 level).
