Our team of hardworking artists and game designers provides services to various Gamedev and media companies worldwide.

Requirements

The main requirements for the role:

  • fluent in English (C1) and Ukrainian
  • 1+ years of background as a B2B sales representative/lead generation specialist or similar role
  • experience working with international markets (mainly American or European)
  • strong communication skills
  • resilience and adaptability to handle rejections and iterate on strategies.
  • experience working in the art outsourcing or game development industry would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • The main goal for this position is to set up and cultivate business relationships with Gamedev Studios leading to a sale. You are expected to generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting. This includes the following activities:
  • Manage communication with potential clients through the company’s LinkedIn accounts
  • Craft personalized and compelling messages to spark interest in the company’s products or services.
  • Develop and maintain consistent non-intrusive communication with leads discovering potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls or meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Cooperate with lead generation specialists to develop productive lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to utilize in lead generation and communication strategies.
  • Maintain activity on the company’s LinkedIn accounts with industry-related posts and comments to build trust and expert rapport within the network.
  • Log all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Track key metrics and prepare regular reports to assess performance and effectiveness.
