Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Oversee the game development process. Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget constraints.
• Lead a diverse team of designers, artists, programmers, and other staff. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Maintain the game’s quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews. Ensure that the game meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to align project goals and strategies.
• Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AAA game projects.
• Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
• Able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
• Good organizational skills and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• English proficiency.
