We invite an experienced Finance Controller to join our team and conquer new heights with us!
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Commercially minded to be able to support Studio Manager and Production Team in strategic and operational decisions
• Review, analyse and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, translating financial data into business context.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and commentaries for internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of budget and monthly forecasts (PNL and cash flow)
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth, advising partners on financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes and business reporting tools.
• Other financial duties: Proposal margin simulation, support of audit requirements, collection of invoices, approvals for payments and other projects/responsibilities as and when assigned

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in audit, financial analysis, or financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) with hands-on application in daily operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics as the core accounting system.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience using tools for budgeting, production capacity planning, and other finance-related processes.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning and time management skills, with attention to detail.
