Fishing Planet game studio is a group of talented and dedicated people, who created a successful F2P game from scratch that is now available on 6 platforms — Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox and Mobile — both iOS and Android. As for now our community has over 30 million players from all over the world and keeps growing. We constantly improve our game and provide our team with resources and environment needed to foster stable, rewarding and life-long careers while developing the best hardware-can-provide experience and atmosphere of fishing for our players.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Technical Game Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, is ready to learn, and can responsibly manage large volumes of game-related data. You will assist in configuring in-game features and events using internal tools and support activities on external platforms. If you’re systematic, organized, and eager to develop your technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment — we’d love to hear from you.

Your Impact:

• Set up in-game ad placements, features, and events using a custom internal tool.
• Organize and launch activities on external platforms (e.g., Twitch, Microsoft admin panels, etc.).
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to configurations and functionality.
• Collaborate with game designers, analysts, developers, and QA specialists to ensure proper implementation of game activities.

Your Background:

• Some experience or education in game design, technical design, or related fields (internships/projects are welcome).
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn internal CMS or game admin tools.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a team environment.

Will be a plus:

• Interest or basic knowledge in live operations.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, Excel, and JIRA is a plus.
