Values Value a recruiting agency with expertise in game development is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in IT/ gamedev company or a recruiting agency.

What are you working on?

  • Genres: Puzzle, Strategy, Shooter, Casual, Arcade, Educational, Kids Games, Hyper-casual, MMO, Simulation, Role-playing, Adventure, Action
  • Platforms: PC, Mobile, VR, Console, Browser

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Recruiting for client vacancies using various assessment methods.
  • Supporting candidates during job transitions and probation periods.
  • Career consulting.
  • Labor market analysis.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Our Recruitment Consultant:

  • Has previous experience as an IT or game dev recruiter in a company or recruitment agency and understands the specifics of the profession.
  • Knows how to source candidates through different channels and professional communication platforms.
  • Can capture a candidate’s interest from the first message and ensure responses.
  • Is proficient in digital recruitment tools.
  • Continuously develops — reads industry articles and books, discovers new hacks, and shares insights with the team.
  • Has English proficiency at B1-B2 level or higher.
  • Wants and can work remotely.
  • Can delegate and assign tasks to a Talent Sourcer.
  • Loves games and has a general understanding of how they are created and the specialists involved.
