We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our company. We see three goals in the near future for this position, revenue growth, improving our deals win ratio, and increasing client conversion ratio. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.


Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals and target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of our sales efforts, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our company and build our brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all aspects of the sales process.


Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the game development or technology industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Solid understanding of the game development industry and emerging trends.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on key sales metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
