Art Director (iGaming)

We are seeking an exceptional Art Director to join our team at Twin Win Games. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about creating outstanding visual experiences and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Artists and Animators, overseeing multiple projects (4-6 simultaneously), and managing client relationships.

You will be expected to provide creative direction, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in Art Direction
• Experience leading teams of Artists and Animators
• Experience in managing multiple projects/teams simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with international clients
• Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Familiarity with animation principles and software like Spine is a plus
• Experience in online casino/gaming is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI tools as part of everyday work is a must

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team
• Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support
