Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales.
— Experience working with international clients.
— Strong outbound experience: prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn/email sequences.
— Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
— Good understanding of ICP, lead qualification, and sales funnel logic.
— Ability to lead discovery calls and handle objections.
— Strong written and spoken English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.
— Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
— Structured approach to follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
— Resilience to rejection and long sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting
— Research potential clients, markets, and companies relevant to our ICP.
— Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
— Build targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
— Understand why a company may be relevant before reaching out.
Outreach & Lead Generation
— Write personalized outreach messages for email and LinkedIn.
— Build and manage multi-step outbound sequences.
— Adapt communication based on company, role, market, and potential business need.
— Understand basic deliverability and spam-compliance principles.
Sales Pipeline Management
— Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to deal progression.
— Qualify leads using practical sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
— Track all activities, follow-ups, deal stages, and client context in HubSpot.
— Handle several active opportunities at the same time without losing quality.
Client Communication
— Lead discovery calls with potential clients.
— Ask clear questions to understand client needs, pain points, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
— Present the company’s services clearly and relevantly.
— Handle objections in a calm and professional way.
— Communicate with middle management and, when needed,
Internal Collaboration
— Work with PMs, Art Directors, and internal teams during estimation or project discussions.
— Share clear client context with the team.
— Escalate deal risks or blockers in time.
— Keep the Head of BD updated on important pipeline changes.
Will be a plus:
— Experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking;
