Project Manager (iGaming)

Whom are we seeking:
— 3+ years of experience in the same position;
— Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management/risks management/change management;
— Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development principles;
— Experience in building/optimizing production processes;
— Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them;
— Experience in team recruitment and mentoring;
— Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel;
— Upper-intermediate to Advanced level of English is a must;
— Analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to details, and high level of self-organization;
— Understanding of Game Development pipelines;
— Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills.



Your tasks and duties:
— Lead agile development process within given project teams;
— Work on constant process improvement together with the teams;
— Build project plan and agree on project milestones with stakeholders;
— Work together with Technical Leads to get all needed resources and ensure high quality of the products;
— Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally;
— Build and develop winning teams;
— Run the daily activities in the teams;
— Link Development/company strategy to teams;
— Nurturing team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession planning);
— Recruiting and staffing.

Would be a plus:
— Experience with gambling/iGaming/Game development projects.
