Requirements:
— Upper-intermediate level of English is a must;
— Theoretical knowledge of project management, risk management, and change management;
— Understanding of Agile development principles;
— Ability to manage, motivate, and work with a team under pressure;
— Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to details, and a high level of self-organization.
Responsibilities:
— Assist Project Managers with daily tasks such as daily meetings, planning, report preparation, and product testing;
— Work on continuous process improvement together with the teams;
— Maintain clear and effective internal communication;
— People management (1-on-1 meetings, risk management, employee development).
Would be a plus:
— Experience in gambling, iGaming, or game development projects.
