Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in iGaming (slot games).
• Ability and experience in creating original game design ideas.
• Solid knowledge of the iGaming industry, player behavior, and understanding of game mathematics.
• Ability to integrate player experience into game design.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
• Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams and budgets.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing communication with various stakeholders.

• Supporting the client’s product team in task prioritization, bug tracking, design iterations, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborating with the development team to create project estimates, timelines, and risk analyses with mitigation plans.
• Building trustful and strong relationships with the client’s product teams.
• Demonstrating a client-oriented approach in all aspects of work.
• Facilitating communication and planning within the project team.
• Developing and managing project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation.
• Contributing to game design and product development with creative ideas.
• Collaborating closely with the client’s Product team and stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements and scope.
