Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in iGaming (slot games).
- Ability and experience in creating original game design ideas.
- Good knowledge of the iGaming industry, player behaviour, and understanding of game mathematics.
- Ability to incorporate player experience into game design.
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams and budgets.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the client’s Product team and stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements and scope.
- Contribute to game design and product development with creative ideas.
- Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication and planning within the project team.
- Demonstrate client-oriented behaviour in daily work.
- Build strong and trustful relationships with client product teams.
- Collaborate with the development team to create project estimates, timelines, and conduct risk analysis with mitigation plans.
- Support the client’s product team in prioritizing tasks, bugs, design iterations, and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional development teams in managing features and content from idea generation to in-game implementation.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues efficiently.
