Our team does:
— HTML5 game development and porting;
— Сasino Game Development (slots, table games, sports);
— Concept art and 2D/3D graphics;
— iOS/Android development;

Your professional qualities:
— Work experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Executive, Head of Business Development or relevant role;
— Solid sales experience in a B2B environment;
— 5+ years of experience in IT sales;
— Experience in game development/outsourcing;
— Experience in selling solutions to clients based on the dedicated team mode;
— Experience in building a sales process from scratch and developing a partner network, expanding the sales market;
— Successful experience in the implementation of complex strategies, including international markets;
— Ability to close the deal and build a system with a high win-win potential between all participants;
— Ability to generate non-standard approaches to solving problems;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients;
— Advanced level of English, and Ukrainian;
— Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once;
— Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.

— Experience in developing new markets in Europe, the USA and Canada.
Challenges you’ll meet:
— Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue, and profit control;
— Achieve planned sales goals;
— Participate in building the TWGsales team (recruitment as well);
— Set individual sales goals within the sales team;
— Track sales progress and report as necessary;
— Create quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and objectives;
— Draft detailed and accurate sales reports;
— Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets;
— Manage, develop and train the sales team, use CRM to manage the entire sales cycle;
— Improve customer service with clients;
— Promote the organization and products;
— Identify key prospects;
— Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals;
— Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty;
— Follow and meet the KPIs set by the company;
— Continuously communicate with the Production team about market expectations & customer feedback to keep a competitive offer;
— Coordinating with the BizDev team on lead generation.
