Now we are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer who loves digging into details, catching bugs before they bite, and making sure everything works like a charm.

🏆 YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Guard product quality end-to-end: track, triage, and report issues across the QA cycle;
• Validate releases: run pre-release regression on Staging and post-release health checks on Prod;
• Triage user-reported issues from Support (provide STR, logs, and other details);
• Create and maintain test scenarios, cases, checklists and bug reports that actually help the team move faster;
• Document test results summaries so every issue has context (steps, expected vs actual, logs);
• Collaborate tightly with Product Managers, Devs, and UI/UX team to ensure features work as intended and users stay happy;
• Proactively identify risks, suggest improvements, and help strengthen quality processes;
• Be ready to adapt — our world moves fast, and flexibility is part of the game;
• Stay honest, open, and direct — no corporate nonsense, just teamwork and clarity.

👩‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
• Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles;
• Experience testing APIs and understanding client—server interactions;
• Ability to investigate issues and localize root causes using logs, network traces, and system behavior;
• Ability to apply test design and test analysis early in the SDLC;
• Comfort using browser DevTools, reading network traces and logs;
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries;
• Understanding of HTTP and WebSockets;
• Ability to translate functional requirements/use cases into effective test cases;
• Understanding of Agile principles and practices, Kanban method;
• You’re proactive, curious, and responsible.
