Now we are looking for an experienced specialist who will be the link between Trading Space and new recruits. It is important to us that you love games and are eager to find like-minded people with whom all of us can always work with and laugh afterwards.

We also hope that you’ll be the one to transform our recruiting processes for the better, and that you’ll do so by using your skills and critical thinking.

👨‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, ideally in dynamic product or gaming environments;
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., React, AWS, GitLab, Vue, CI/CD, system design) to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams;
  • Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, and driving hiring decisions with confidence;
  • Advanced sourcing skills using a broad range of tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, events, referrals, etc.);
  • Attention to detail and process ownership — from crafting tailored job descriptions to negotiating offers and maintaining candidate pipelines;
    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to lead discussions, present insights, and influence decision-making;
  • Proactive, data-driven, and adaptable mindset; capable of operating independently and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience mentoring junior or mid-level recruiters and a desire to support the professional growth of the team.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
  • Experience in the gaming industry and passion for gaming.

💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:

  • Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
  • Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions (with the help of HR Brand Manager);
  • Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall;
  • Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking;
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Department to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining corporate documents and databases up to date;
  • Reporting to Lead Recruiter and hiring managers;
  • Job market analysis and reviews making;
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level recruiters: review pipelines, give feedback, share sourcing strategies, and help develop their skills.
