Senior/Lead Unity Developer (for PC/Consoles FPS) (вакансія неактивна)

We are Hologryph, a small Lviv development team (~35 employees). We develop games for PC and consoles.

We had already released a successful multiplayer social horror — Secret Neighbor (PC | Xbox One | PS4 | Switch | iOS | Android | Google Stadia) in cooperation with the publisher tinyBuild.

Now we are looking for a Senior Unity Developer for a new project — multiplayer survival first-person shooter in the open world for PC and next-gen consoles on a new IP.

As a priority, we are considering a specialist from Lviv.


— Implement reliable and high-performant gameplay netcode engine

— Support, optimize and extend network features as needed

— Implement various gameplay mechanics

— Solve large-scale distributed systems problems so future engine users can focus on making awesome games


— 5+ years of programming experience in a professional environment;

— Strong C# programming skills;

— Strong Unity3D experience;

— Experience with client/server messaging and custom netcode development;

— Experience with code optimization;

— At least one shipped multiplayer title;

— Experience with multithreaded applications;

— Experience with Entitas framework.

Desired requirements:

— Experience in team leading

— Gaming experience in the multiplayer open-world survival-craft genre;

— Passion for gaming.
