Requirements
— 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Engagement manager in GameDev or IT;
— Fluent in written and spoken English;
— Understanding of the Gaming Industry and Game Development Life Cycle;
— Hands-on experience with various sales channels and tools (PipeDrive, Jira, MS Office, Google Documents);
— Experience in managing big pre-sale projects with the involvement of cross-functional teams;
— Experience working with MSA, SOW, invoices, and other legal documents;
— Knowledge of how to establish long-term and fruitful relationships with new clients;
— Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral);
— Experience with professional sales materials preparation (presentations, commercial proposals with budget breakdown, etc.);
— Responsible and self-sufficient manager;
— Detail-oriented, self-organized, and effective team management mindset.

It will be a plus
— Solid experience in Game Dev;
— Experience in mentoring a sales team;
— Actual database with potential clients;
— Willingness and ability to attend conferences abroad.

Main Responsibilities
— Working both with inbound and outbound leads;
— Quality validation of new requests based on our ICPs;
— Clear identification of potential client’s needs and requirements;
— Full support of all stages of the sales pipeline — from attracting new clients to signing a SOW and MSAand handing over the project to the delivery team;
— Leading the pre-sale process by working with Delivery, Art, and Engineering Teams;
— Scrupulous maintaining CRM;
— Conducting calls with potential clients, presenting company expertise, and consulting the client on their requests;
— Collaborating with the Head of BizDev and Marketing Lead on improving sales results;
— Mentoring the junior/middle business development managers upon request;
— Providing ideas for improvement of the current services and processes;
— Sincerely loving people and having a good sense of humor are a must :)
— Performing all KPIs focused on personal and company growth.

How will you grow professionally with Stepico
— Working with a wide range of services and different types of ICP that have to have different approaches and workflows;
— You will be involved in Biz Dev strategy development and implementation;
— Performance review plan for 6 and 12 months with clear goals and KPIs to permanently increase your effectiveness;
— You will act as a mentor for the junior biz dev manager;
— The Head of Biz Dev will always be at your service regarding any questions.
