Requirements
— 2+ years of Human Resources experience in IT;
— Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, development, training, etc;
— Highly organized and autonomous;
— Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills;
— Great positive attitude;
— Intermediate + level of English;
— Understanding of technologies in the Game Industry as a plus.

Main Responsibilities
— Conduct employee’s on-boarding/exit interview and adaptation;
— Hold regular one-to-one meetings with employees;
— Control performance goals of the employees;
— Create positive and trustful working relationships with employees and managers and maintain a certain atmosphere in the company.
