  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience in IT;
  • Understanding of technologies in Game Industry;
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, development, training etc.;
  • Highly organized and autonomous;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills);
  • Great positive attitude;
  • Intermediate + level of English
  • Understanding of game art — as a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee’s on-boarding/exit interview and adaptation;
  • Work with Art Department of the company;
  • Close work with the Creative Director;
  • Hold regular one-to-one meetings with employees;
  • Control art performance goals of the employees;
  • Create positive and trustful working relationships with employees and managers and maintain a certain atmosphere in the company.
