As a Lead Generation Specialist you’ll be responsible for generating leads for the sales team. You’ll do this by identifying potential customers and convincing them to engage with the company in some way — by requesting more information, scheduling a meeting, etc.
— At least 1 year of experience leading B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution; including email and direct mail marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
— Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems.
— Excellent command of spoken and written English (extensive experience living/working/studying abroad is advantageous).
— Knowledge of key marketing and sales metrics.
— Ability to adapt strategies based on data driven insights.
— Computer proficiency (experienced user of Internet, social networks etc.).
Nice to have:
— Understanding of software industry is a plus.
— Experience working within the IT and Game Dev category is a plus.
— Willingness to experiment and demonstrated track record of success.
— Proven experience planning and executing lead and demand generation tactics including inbound marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
— Experience leveraging email, video, webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, blogs, social media and press as strategic channels to promote campaign programs and events.
Responsibilities and Duties:
— Developing with the Sales Team customer personas and journey mapping and knowing their buying preferences.
— Developing and implementing lead generation strategies and tactics that meet team’s business goals.
— Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies.
— Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated.
— Developing new lead generation strategies based on changing market conditions and customer needs.
— Determining which leads are ready to be passed on to Business.
— Development Manager for follow up.
— Leveraging marketing automation techniques and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
— Translating performance of lead generation campaigns and delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with.
— Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans.
