We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and become part of an ambitious and professional structure.

Responsibilities:

—Full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to final offer.
—Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
—Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
—Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and supporting them throughout all recruitment stages.
—Maintaining CRM (PeopleForce) and reporting.
—Participating in daily meetings and closely collaborating with hiring managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

— At least 1 year of experience working as a Recruiter in the IT industry.
—Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
— English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for hiring candidates from various European countries).
—Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
—Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
— Internally motivated, engaged, and proactive in their approach.
