Requirements:

— Courses in recruiting or HR (preferably in recruiting); self-study of recruiting theory and HR processes; self-filling out sourcing.
— Well-developed communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.
—Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
In the field of Recruiting:
— Searching and selecting candidates for open positions, conducting interviews.
— Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
— Maintaining and increasing the internal candidate database;
— Interaction with department heads to determine staffing needs and reporting.
In the field of HR:
— Managing the full life cycle of employees (onboarding, adaptation,
— Maintaining a positive working climate in the company, helping to resolve conflicts.
— Participation in employee evaluations and feedback collection.
— Organizing internal events and initiatives to improve corporate culture.
— Work with the visual component of non-financial motivation of employees, as well as the company’s brand.
