SnoopGame is a game testing company. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build our marketing from scratch, you’ll be managing and overseeing all company marketing activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and building an inbound lead generation process.
— Manage and overview all company marketing activities.
— Develop and implement marketing strategy.
— Content distribution, SMM.
— Build Inbound Lead Generation process.
— Support Outbound Lead Generation process (and sales team) with required marketing docs.
— Analysing results and performance of all channels in total and individually to provide data insights on the impact of media/channels on overall KPIs.
— Optimizing campaigns, landing pages, web-site conversions.
— Planning scope of work for internal team and/or contractors.
Your tasks for the first 6 months:
— Web-site rebuilding.
— Marketing analytics settings.
— Competitor analysis.
— ICP/Buyer personas update.
— Case study creation.
— Built process for review platforms work.
— Technical tasks creation for SEO, SMM, Design.
— Content planning and content creation/or outsourcing for(Blog, SMM, Newsletter).
— Managing outsourced contractors or/and internal team.
— Marketing strategy creation.
Skills and Qualifications:
— At least 1+ year of experience in marketing, preferably IT in Global markets (Europe, USA).
— B2+English level.
— Experience in creating, managing, and launching marketing campaigns and activities.
— Familiarity with basic approaches in SEO, ABM, SMM, Blogpost creation, Inbound Lead generation.
— Experience with Linkedin SMM.
— Experience with web-site metrics and analytics.
— Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
— Open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Work experience in outstaff/outsource company is a plus
Previous experience with marketing management for outsourcing companies is a plus.
