We’re looking for a Junior Accountant who will support accurate payment processing, maintain financial records, manage supplier and employee documentation, and assist with payroll and period-end closing activities.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Maintain and regularly update the payment database using dedicated accounting software
• Process, verify, and organize incoming documents from suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers regarding missing or incorrect documentation, payment status, and other accounting-related queries
• Assist in the preparation of payment orders across various banking platforms
• Support the collection and review of employee reimbursement requests. Maintain clear and professional communication with employees regarding required documentation or clarifications
• Assist in preparing and organizing payroll-related documentation and data
• In the future — participate in the monthly period closing
• Provide employees with relevant payroll-related information and support
• Processing of ad-hoc requests

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, or related field
• At least one year of experience at accountant/junior accountant position
• English level: Intermediate
• Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, attentiveness to details and a proactive self-driven attitude
