Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage monthly process of revenue recognition — prepare and send revenue invoices to the Clients, check bonus deductions and promotions for accuracy and completeness, timely update and input the data in BI system
- Accounts Receivables — track collection, reconciliation, and create aging reports
- Maintain communication with Clients and Account Managers in relation to the revenue process
- Manage entries on revenue and receivables in the accounting system
- Prepare monthly reports for the management
- Assist in the implementation of invoicing system and collection process
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Assist in period-closing procedures and monthly book closing
- Process ad-hoc requests
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- Proven work experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher
- Team player with great interpersonal skills, proactive and self-driven attitude
- Confidentiality and attention to details in handling sensitive financial information
