Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Manage monthly process of revenue recognition — prepare and send revenue invoices to the Clients, check bonus deductions and promotions for accuracy and completeness, timely update and input the data in BI system
• Accounts Receivables — track collection, reconciliation, and create aging reports
• Maintain communication with Clients and Account Managers in relation to the revenue process
• Manage entries on revenue and receivables in the accounting system
• Prepare monthly reports for the management
• Assist in the implementation of invoicing system and collection process
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Assist in period-closing procedures and monthly book closing
• Process ad-hoc requests

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• Proven work experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field
• Upper intermediate level of English or higher
• Team player with great interpersonal skills, proactive and self-driven attitude
• Confidentiality and attention to details in handling sensitive financial information
