Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- HR Operations
Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operational tasks, ensuring effective and seamless execution of HR processes across the organization - Pre-Onboarding Flow
Coordinate the pre-onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation, information, and initial steps are completed efficiently before their start date - Onboarding Support
Assist in the onboarding process and ensuring all required paperwork and systems access are provided - Payroll Information Collection
Collect and maintain accurate records for payroll preparation, including tracking employee absences (vacation, sick leave), changes in salary, promotions, and maternity/paternity leave - Benefits Administration
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring eligibility, updates, tracking - Team Building & Employee Engagement
Organize and coordinate team-building activities, especially for the Ukrainian office, to promote a positive and cohesive work environment - Employee Records Maintenance
Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR system - HR Process Optimization
Continuously assess HR operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and support a positive employee experience - Reporting
Preparing operational reports according to business needs and HR department tasks - Supporting HR Projects
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects (employee satisfaction surveys, HR audits, policy updates), providing operational support as required
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- At least 1 year experience in HR-related role
- Experience working with HR systems
- Experience with Google Sheets, basic experience working with data
- Experience working with task-management systems (Jira, Monday)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and result orientation
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Desire to improve and propose initiatives
