As a Games Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of gaming products.
What will you be responsible for?
- Requirements Management: Clearly define and break down business requirements into precise game/feature requirements. Act as a bridge between the product and game design teams, ensuring seamless communication
- Gap Identification: Identify and address gaps between business and technical requirements, fostering alignment
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate productive discussions and collaboration among various stakeholders and the game development team
- Documentation: Create, maintain, and frequently update comprehensive documentation to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and requirements
- User Story Refinement: Collaborate closely with the game team to translate requirements into actionable user stories, aiding in grooming, planning, and design efforts
- Product Focus: Maintain a sharp focus on games and features currently under development, ensuring efficient progress and delivery
- Alignment and Communication: Foster alignment with the product team, consistently communicating the product vision and strategy to all relevant parties
- Development Support: Assist the development team in project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure successful execution
What do we expect from our perfect candidate?
- IGaming Experience: Previous experience in the IGaming industry, preferably with games provider experience, is essential
- Product Ownership Experience: A minimum of two years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a similar industry
- Technical Aptitude: Possess diverse technical knowledge of complex systems and their components, with the ability to articulate technical needs in plain language
- Excellent Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Multitasking: Can effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each receives the necessary attention
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Google Suite, Monday.com, and other product management tools
Nice to Have:
- Development/QA Experience: Any prior experience in development or quality assurance is considered a plus
