What will you be responsible for?

• providing the installation, maintenance and operation of the new office equipment of the Company in accordance with the applicable procedures
• providing technical support to the Company’s employees, provides technical and informational support
• providing uninterrupted and high-quality operation, timely upgrades and maintenance of office equipment
• controlling the maintenance of technical documentation and documentation on the technical accounting of equipment and software of the Company employees
• internal user support
• covering all security issues of the Company
• interacting with the suppliers of PCs, office equipment and software for the purchase of PCs, office equipment and software, and their subsequent service
• building information security policy and its implementation
• Implementing configuration manager, Antivirus systems and etc

The most common tasks could be (but not limited to):

• maintenance MacOs or Windows or Linux
• maintenance network, application and handling other issues that may appear
• take end-to-end ownership of various technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution
• cooperation with R&D team and providing technical support for all team members

What do we expect from our perfect candidate?

• 1+ years in Support Engineer role
• experience administering Linux, Windows, MacOS and office software
• knowledge of the hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
• knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, NAT, iptables
• experience with CRM systems,,
• excellent troubleshooting, problem solving skills (debugging, logs analysis)
