Superpowers you have are:

— Proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
— Proven experience 3+ years in a leadership role within the creative industry.
— Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and modern graphic design concepts.
— Artistic excellence and obsession with industry technologies, tools, and trends.
— Strong portfolio showcasing a range of released art projects.
— Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
— Presentation skills and market awareness.
— Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.
— Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
— Ability to think strategically and develop creative strategies to achieve organizational goals.
— Familiarity with 3D rendering pipelines.

— Previous experience in the gaming industry or related fields.
— Familiarity with web design or experience in creating compelling visual solutions for digital platforms.
— Experience within game assets creation pipelines.
