We are looking for a Talent Integration & Development Specialist who will play a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating the professional integration processes for newly joined or promoted talents. This position demands top-notch expertise in talent onboarding, process creation, documentation, and L&D sector. If you are a seasoned expert with a proven track record in devising and implementing innovative strategies that drive organizational growth, we want you! Join our team and make a significant impact by showcasing your dynamic skills and taking charge of our talent onboarding and integration efforts.

Superpowers you have are:

— 2+ years of experience within the People Sector in positions such as L&D Specialist, HR Manager, etc.;
— Knowledge of work with documents (Word, Google Docs) and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), including the ability to operate with formulas;
— Ability to work with LMS constructors and familiarity with e-learning platforms;
— Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken);
— Strong understanding of Relationship and Resource management;
— Great presentation skills;
— Willingness to develop others and continuously learn by yourself;
— Knowledge of Inclusive Collaboration, Ethical practice and Cultural effectiveness.

You are a rockstar if you have:

— AI and video tools mastery;
— Experience working in the GameDev industry or a basic understanding of the GameDev Industry.

As a part of Room 8 Studio you will:

Be involved in onboarding, induction & integration processes:

— Operational induction preparation and conduction;
— Daily supervision, operational and consultative support to all new joiners;
— People management meetings facilitation within the first 3 months of cooperation;
— Feedback collection and recurrent analytics;
— Regular onboarding materials review and update when appropriate.

Be a part of Learning & Development processes:

— Development of educational solutions to meet skills & competencies improvement expectations;
— Cooperation with corporate L&D function on common projects;
— Cooperation and engagement with subject matter experts to achieve edu goals and standards;
— L&D tools, events and materials external research conduction when appropriate;
— Feedback on implemented edu solution gathering, digesting and analytics.

Participate in Talent Experience Management:

— Personal efficient resource management;
— Support in Talent Experience common projects realization when appropriate;
— Rooms for improvement and bottleneck highlighting to stakeholders and senior People experts;
— Insights and creative ideas pitch to the appropriate stakeholders to keep TE processes modern, effective and user-friendly.
