Superpowers you have are:

— 6+ months experience in the GameDev industry in similar positions (team assistant/personal assistant/support manager);
— Ability to work with formulas, documents, tables, and project reports (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) at the confidence level user;
— Upper-Intermediate English level and above (written and spoken);
— Orientation to the result and long-term cooperation;
— Attention to detail, Fast learner, Teamwork.

As a part of Room 8 Studio you will:

— Provide general support to the Sub-Division Director and Team Manager in performing his/her daily responsibilities and the development of the Sub-Division according to approved target indicators;
— Assists team members in solving administrative issues;
— Support project activities, the processes of resources management, and portfolio preparation;
— Perform other tasks assigned by the Sub-Division Director and Team Manager.
