Room 8 Studio is looking for a Team Manager to coordinate efficient teamwork and control the capacity availability according to set targets.

Superpowers you have are:

— 1 year+ experience in a similar position (management position -experience of working with people/team as a direct manager);
— Ability to work with formulas and reporting, documents (Word, Google Docs), spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
— Great analytical skills;
— Knowledge of time-tracking and CRM systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine, etc);
— Be result-oriented and ready for long-term cooperation;
— Intermediate level of English (or higher).

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:

— Control and analyze the recruitment process to fill in team positions;
— Provide onboarding, training, and support to new specialists;
— Follow the current processes and integration of new internal processes of the company;
— Develop and control of team specialist’s PDP (Personal Development Plan) and coordination of learning materials/programs creation;
— Screen the new requests assigned by the Sub-Division Director or Head of the Division and resource allocation to estimate the project;
— Check capacity availability;
— Participate in kick-off, retrospective, and post-mortem meetings to analyze and improve team performance;
— Analyse team performance and prepare reports according to the Division Performance Review Process;
— Provide proactive recommendations to develop new processes based on the gap in the current structure;
— Work tightly with the Sub-Division Director on the new team coordination processes within the art discipline.
