Room 8 Studio is looking for a Bidding Art Producer, who will be responsible for the process of preparing commercial offers for new game development projects. Bidding Art Producer will work closely with creative and development heads in order to identify the complexity and needs of the request and provide accurate and competitive bids within the given timeline. Bidding Art Producer will also create estimations, timelines, and pitch presentations for the potential clients and will ensure that a commercial offer is prepared within a given timeline.

Superpowers you have are:

— 1+ years experience in sales, bidding on a similar position;
— 2+ years experience in the GameDev industry, video production, post productions, or related businesses;
— Knowledge of market trends and current industry practices in game development;
— Knowledge of game production workflows and best practices;
— Understanding of game development budgets and cost estimates;
— Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
— Advanced level of English;
— Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
— Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

As a part of Room 8 Studio, you will be:

— Understanding clients’ requirements and project scope for game development;
— Communicating a request to the creative teams in order to receive proper estimations;
— Reviewing and evaluating bid submissions to ensure they meet clients’ requirements;
— Identifying potential risks or delays in production;
— Creating production pitches and ensuring their readability and transparency;
— Maintaining accurate records of bid submissions and negotiations;
— Drafting supporting emails to clients;
— Collaborating with creative and development teams to ensure that all project requirements are met;
— Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform bidding strategy;
— Ensuring the business proposal is completed on time and within budget.
