Room 8 Studio Learning Coordinator is a creative L&D professional who will be in charge of the auxiliary organizational, administrative, and operational practices in terms of delivering L&D functions.
Superpowers you have are:
— At least 1 year of work experience as a Learning Specialist, Training Specialist, or a similar position in the Education, or HR sector;
— English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Interest in Art and Game production and eagerness to run into this sphere with all the passion;
— Black belt in efficient communication building on the foundation of emotional intelligence;
— Tools ninja: experience in using Jira, Confluence, Asana, Surveys, and LMS;
— Advanced Google Spreadsheets user;
— Proven ability for planning, organizing, and multitasking.
As a part of Room 8 Studio you will:
• Learning solutions coordination:
— Research of learning solutions based on the learning needs, relevance, and budget;
— Communication with external learning suppliers (individuals and schools), gathering information, contacts and aiming to widen the internal database;
— Assistance with events registration, payments, and organizational support;
— Assistance with internal events: communication with subject matter experts, invite, assistance with materials, etc;
— Gathering data and maintaining feedback forms that people fill out for learning solutions. Making sure that feedback is taken into account to improve future learning events.
• Support with the Studio Learning plan development (annual activity);
• Support with Studio Internship program: full-cycle coordination in close cooperation with the L&D team;
• Liaise with internal L&D teams for competency exchange, efficient communication building, and corporate L&D strategy alignment;
• Providing relevant data and statistics presented on Learning queries and results to the process stakeholders.
