We are looking for an experienced Head of Studio Assistant. The primary role of a specialist in this position is to perform a diverse range of duties including administrative tasks to support the efficiency of daily business operations.
The superpowers you have are
— Analytical mindset
— Flexible, able to multitask and prioritize well
— Excel, Google docs knowledge
— Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related degree in a similar field
— Level of English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate and above (speaking and writing)
Becoming a part of the Room 8 Studio team you will
— Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the Operations Team and Departments on the group level on behalf of the Head of Studio;
— Assist the Head of Studio in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences;
— Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material;
— Work directly with the Head of Studio to support all aspects of his daily work routine;
— Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings;
— Manage scheduling for the Head of Studio;
— Attend meetings and take notes of discussions;
— Maintain various records and documents;
— Translate the regulation documentation upon request;
— Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed
