We are seeking a proactive People Relationship Specialist to support all people-related processes across R8G’s service lines. Working closely with the People Success Lead and People & Business Partner, you will help implement and optimize operational, development, and engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Superpowers you have:
— From 3+ years of professional experience in the People segment (HR);
— This role calls for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.
— Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management practices, and communication frameworks;
— Excellent project management and communication skills;
— Empathetic, proactive, and detail-oriented traits;
— Keen on using HRIS tools, LMS constructor and communication platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack, Notion, or similar);
— English possession: Upper-Intermediate+ ;
— Familiarity with People Analytics and Reporting processes;
— Creativity, sense of visual composition and color combination.
You’re a rockstar if you have:
— Degree in Humanitarian Science (HR, Sociology, Psychology, Management) or relevant experience;
— Experience working in IT Outsource and/or Gamedev / Creative industry;
— Experience working in a Cross-cultural / diverse environment.

— Support with development and update of people documentation;
— Support with and consult on people onboarding, departure, and legalization;
— Take participation in the people processes automatization;
— Prepare people data analytics per PBP request.
Talent Management
1. Performance Management
— Support with the Performance review cycles launch;
— Support with Competence Models updating;
— Support with PDP composition and assignment;
— PR data gathering, analysis, and presentation.
2. Learning & Development
— Support with e-learning products & programs development;
— Research and analysis on available L&D materials and providers;
— Support with L&D strategy composition and utilisation.
Internal Communications, Recognition & Engagement
— Support with communication plans & content development;
— Support employee recognition programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
— Support to PBP in organising corporate events;
— Support to PBP in conducting engagement surveys.
