Legal Counsel

The next great challenge is coming:

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to strengthen our global team. You’ll bring deep legal expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to support a dynamic international business environment. This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, values precision, and can balance independence with collaboration.

Superpowers you have:

• LLM degree or equivalent;
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, international companies, or law firms;
• Good understanding of intellectual property in the IT sector;
• Experience in legal support of contracts under English law;
• High level of legal technique;
• Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly;
• Attention to details and result orientation;
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional discipline;
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2).

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Experience in the video games industry;
• Experience in legal support of debt recovery worldwide;
• Advanced English level (C1).

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

• Review and draft agreements of various types (mostly NDAs and service agreements with clients);
• Provide consultation on legal issues, including matters connected with client agreements;
• Cooperate with production, finance, and other teams within the client contracting flow;
• Conduct legal research on various business matters;
• Perform background legal checks of new clients.
