Superpowers you have are:
- 4+ years in project management, with proven expertise in leading teams and complex projects;
- Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and financial management;
- Knowledge of project budgeting and risk management processes;
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively;
- Adaptable, detail-oriented and client-centric mindset;
- Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.

- A relevant degree or certification in project management;
- Advanced proficiency in project reporting tools and software;
- Experience in up-selling or identifying client expansion opportunities;
- Knowledge of emerging PM methodologies and frameworks to innovate workflows.
As a part of Room 8 studio, you will:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client and organizational objectives;
- Establish timelines, set milestones, and assign tasks across development, design, art, and QA teams;
- Maintain accurate documentation related to the contract, including approvals, changes, and communications with the Legal team;
- Create and manage Scope of Work documents detailing deliverables, timelines, and client requirements;
- Administer Jira projects and tasks according to the internal procedures;
- Ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and with high-quality results;
- Facilitate collaboration, encourage teamwork, and provide guidance to team members to keep project milestones on track;
- Monitor project performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality;
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring aligned expectations;
- Provide clear updates on progress, address issues, and resolve client feedback effectively;
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance;
- Collaborate with other teams to identify cross-selling opportunities;
- Be involved in up-sale negotiations with clients;
- Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans and regular risk assessments.
