We are now expanding into new industries and looking for a Head of Sales who will help clients discover new opportunities for growth through innovative technologies and ready-made products.
🔥 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team (Account Managers, SDRs);
- Managing the existing distributed sales team in Europe;
- Developing a sales plan, preparing forecasts and KPI reports for upper management (used in strategic planning and budgeting);
- Personally helping to close the largest enterprise deals (over €100K);
- Working collaboratively across teams — including Engineering, HR, and Marketing;
- Defining inbound lead requirements for Marketing to meet sales objectives;
- Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage in the CRM;
- Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers and new companies.
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development leadership roles within a successful mid-size IT engineering services company;
- Proven track record of sales achievements;
- Experience with product-based or ready-made solutions;
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and ability to coach and lead teams;
- Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving and multitasking skills;
- Experience working in deadline-driven environments;
- Advanced English (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Creative, growth-hacking mindset.
