Program-Ace is looking for a proactive Cold Outreach Specialist to drive our business development efforts across the innovative software technology sector. In this role, you will generate qualified leads by engaging with key decision-makers and setting up impactful meetings and calls.

🧑‍💻 What you need to join us:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or a related role, preferably in outsourcing.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B technology and digital services.
  • Passion for innovative technology solutions.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation, including writing customized outreach messages.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience using automation tools.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification terms and methods (MQL, SQL, SAL, BANT).
  • Responsible, results-driven, and a fast learner.
  • Excellent communication skills for regular engagement with prospects.

📌 What tasks will you work with:

  • Generate a high volume of qualified leads through targeted outreach.
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  • Research and develop prospective accounts using market trends and industry insights.
  • Craft customized cover letters and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Convert leads and prepare them for meetings and calls.
  • Arrange meetings at industry events and schedule follow-up calls.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Use CRM, marketing, and sales tools to track and nurture leads.

  • We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
  • Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
