Program-Ace is a global IT company with over 30 years of experience in software development. We create custom digital solutions for enterprises — from immersive AR/VR products and simulations to digital twins and enterprise platforms. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing (CRO) to lead revenue generation, client growth, and marketing strategy across global markets.
🔥 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing revenue strategy across sales and marketing
- Creating go-to-market strategies and executing client acquisition plans
- Personally leading strategic deal negotiations and closing high-value contracts (€100,000+)
- Developing integrated marketing campaigns and optimizing lead generation funnels
- Aligning marketing and sales goals to maximize MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Monitoring CRM and performance analytics (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.)
- Exploring new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities
- Working cross-functionally with tech, product, and delivery teams
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in IT outsourcing or enterprise solutions)
- 2+ years of experience managing both sales and marketing teams
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, content, ABM, events, email)
- Strong pipeline generation, negotiation, and deal-closing experience
- Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Data-driven mindset and excellent leadership/communication skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Experience in international markets and strategic partnerships is a strong advantage

- Familiarity with enterprise B2B sales cycles
