We are currently looking for a Head of Sales for Program Ace.

Program-Ace is an innovative IT company with over 30 years of experience in software development. We specialize in building custom digital solutions, including virtual training, simulations, digital twins, and interactive learning platforms.
Recently, we have expanded our business by launching a new division focused on solution development and system integration, allowing us to deliver full-cycle services for enterprises worldwide.

🧑‍💻 To achieve results, you will need:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or staff augmentation;
  • 2+ years in sales team management (experience leading marketing is a strong plus)
  • Proven skills in negotiation, presentation, and deal closure;
  • Solid understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and competitive landscape;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales management;
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO, email marketing, content) is a plus.

📌 How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to attract new clients and meet growth objectives;
  • Lead, scale, and mentor the sales team;
  • Personally manage negotiations and close high-value contracts (€100,000+);
  • Oversee sales pipeline, CRM processes, and performance forecasting;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment, optimize MQL quality, and improve conversion rates;
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies.

⭐️ How do you manage your work schedule?

  • We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
  • Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
  • Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible.
  • Insurance (in case of work in the Cyprus office)
  • You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
