Strategic Marketing Leader (Innovative Solutions Program)

We are currently looking for a Marketing Leader for Program Ace.

Our company is expanding its activities and opening a new direction — Innovation Solution. The main goal of this direction is to create ready-made products for business together with our partners. We specialize in such areas as artificial intelligence (AI), metaworld (Metaverse), virtual reality (VR), as well as training and simulation (Training&Simulation).

🚀What are the tasks facing the Marketing Leader during the probationary period?

  • Developed positioning and promotion strategy of the Innovative Solution Program;
  • SAL received through proposed new channels.

🧑‍💻To achieve results, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Team Lead/Senior Marketing Manager in a successful tech company;
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channels, with a successful history of launching and expanding technology-based products or programs;
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions;
  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships with technology vendors or third-party solution providers;
  • Previous experience in system integration consulting and selling White Label solutions is highly desirable;
  • Proven track record in Content Marketing, with the ability to craft compelling blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks that demonstrate industry expertise and thought leadership;
  • Previous experience in Email Marketing, adept at creating and managing targeted campaigns for segmented audiences to nurture leads and engage clients;
  • Previous experience in hosting Webinars and Virtual Events, adept at organizing engaging online knowledge-sharing sessions. Active participation in Industry Conferences and Trade Shows;
  • Successful implementation of Partnership Marketing strategies, reflecting the ability to forge and maintain collaborative marketing efforts with other companies or technology providers;
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO/SEM techniques, with the capability to collaborate effectively with a dedicated SEO Specialist;
  • Strong command over advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools and proficiency in utilizing data insights to guide marketing strategies;
  • Experience with A/B Marketing;
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.

📌How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

  • Develop a marketing strategy for the Innovative Solution Program that matches industry trends and company objectives;
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities in innovative technologies for Virtual Training, Metaverse, AR/VR, AI and Web3 domains;
  • Work with development teams to integrate third-party solutions and promote them through marketing campaigns;
  • Craft B2B marketing strategies using the latest digital marketing channels and techniques to promote our solutions;
  • Position our offerings as cutting-edge solutions for White Label distribution;
  • Establish and maintain strategic campaigns to attract technology providers, enhancing our solution portfolio and market reach;
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary materials to effectively market and sell the program’s offerings;
  • Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on program performance and ROI.
