We are looking for a Project Manager to join our eCommerce team!

Playwing is an international product company, our eCommerce portfolio contains a variety of different services. Playwing has different High-quality products with complex logic and different content. We are distributing and we offer different types of markets and targets.

We want YOU to join us in strengthening existing teams if you like the idea of rapid product development and the ability to create long-term products from scratch.

You should have:

• English — upper intermediate level or higher (written and spoken) is a must. You will have daily communication with the business team and team members from other offices in Europe;
• At least 1+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager on IT projects;

Skills:

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile: Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
• Experience in taking full ownership of all aspects of the project, such as scope, schedule, estimation, quality, risks, resources, and issues (Experience in managing project portfolio);
• Ability to take responsibility for the delivering process and monitoring team workload;
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage critical situations with business stakeholders;
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks;
• Understanding the business requirements for the project, developing effective working; relationships, and managing ongoing processes for the project;
• Experience with global enterprise clients, stakeholders’ interests, and expectation management;
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills on technical topics for audiences of all levels;
• Proactive position and focus on results.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of the web technology stack;
• Understanding of API;
• Knowledge of database structure and SQL queries.

Responsibilities:

• Run SCRAM activities on a daily basis (Daily meetings, Retrospective,s etc.);
• Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling;
• Tracking project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators;
• Identify and manage project risks and flag major issues early;
• Communication with project stakeholders — business team and external partners;
• Build synergy between the business and delivery team;
• Working on articles, know-how, instructions, and manuals;
• Work with team members to facilitate their growth;
• Create a positive and productive atmosphere in the team.
