Playwing is looking for a Player Support Specialist to strengthen the current team in charge of our studio productions — Century: Age of Ashes and Instant War.
📌As a Player Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Answer player support requests via the ZenDesk platform;
- Assist customers with game, account, payment and other types of issues;
- Report on technical issues flagged by players to improve our games;
- Use in-house back-end tools to manage game accounts and solve players’ issues;
- Work with the team on improvement of processes and overall communication;
- Assist the developers by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.
📌Candidate Profile:
- Empathetic, with the ability to remain calm and respectful when dealing with inappropriate behavior;
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in games;
- Excellent English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus;
- Able to craft professional, positive and concise messages;
- An experienced gamer. Knowledge in shooters and 4X games is a plus;
- Solid time management skills.
