Shareable Slots R&D is Central Slots Business Domain that focused on new cross studio technology development and slot delivery to all studios.
The solution includes full delivery pipeline for each shared feature ( Back office, client and server parts ) and consists of dedicated microservices on backend and common libraries on frontend

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting standards and work procedures and goals for the team
• Manages and prioritizes team tasks, while balancing a business-oriented way of thinking with the team’s needs
• Responsible for people management, including motivation, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, PDP, and so on
• Responsible for process improvements
• Project change and risk management
• Responsible for a full cycle of project delivery
• Resolves project dependencies
• Responsible for quality product delivery on time
• Organizing collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to meet commitment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience leading development teams
• At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with CI/CD pipeline
• Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations
• Agile mindset, business goals orientation
• Able to solve problems and escalate issues
• Able to combine various types of information in order to make recommendations and to take action
• Ability to provide professional supervision
• Ability to challenge the unit’s way of thinking
• Inspires and affects colleagues with their professionalism
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

• Certificate PSM or CSM or similar
• Scrum master experience
• Experience in the game dev area
• Coding experience (Java or JS)
• Experience working with DB (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience working with DB (MySQL, SQL Server)
