About the role:
We are looking for a creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. We are developing an AI-powered web-project MySpicy.ai focused on AI virtual dating experience.
About you:
- Knowledge of building email marketing strategies;
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns;
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeted advertising;
- Familiar with A/B testing;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of ESP (OneSignal) and Google Analytics.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Klaviyo, eSputnik, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Sendinblue.
Your impact:
- Creating emails sequences & funnels to drive sales;
- Conducting market research to understand customers needs and wants;
- Segmentation of the database to optimize selling strategies;
- Collaborating with graphic designers to create highly converting email copies;
- Maintenance of ESPs to monitor and respond to bounces, unsubscribes, and complaints;
- Optimizing existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion.
