About the role:

We are looking for UX/UI Designer with 2+ years’ experience in web products.

As UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating the variety of web platforms that offer lifestyle content and support in the areas of psychology, wellbeing, relationship building, personal development and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new interface elements (wireframes, prototypes, final screens, etc.) from scratch and redesign existing ones;
• Develop a visual identity for interfaces that align with business needs, in collaboration with the product team;
• Conduct regular competitor research and implement visual improvements for our product.;
• Prepare final interface layouts and provide supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience creating web products;
• Experience in B2C products is a must, especially in e-commerce or other products with payments;
• Strong understanding of responsive design, with expertise in creating layouts that work seamlessly on both mobile and desktop;
• Strong visual branding skills: typography, color theory, icon design, composition, and mobile layout principles;
• Understanding the concept of MVP and its application in design;
• Proficiency in rapid wireframing and creating intuitive user flows;
• Full working proficiency with graphic tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
• Proven ability to design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces;
• Exceptional attention to detail and pixel-perfect design skills;
• Experience in creating e-mail marketing campaigns would be a plus.
