About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Manager that shares our ambition to grow fast and has a clear understanding and plan how to approach this from an affiliate marketing perspective.

The perfect candidate has a proven track record in the CPA market and is experienced with scaling and growing partnerships internationally.

Research and analyze which partners potentially could add the most value, reach out to them and try to get them on board. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our international affiliate partners.

Requirements:

• 1+ year successful experience in creating and developing network of partners — is a must.
• Good understanding of the CPA market, technologies and Affiliate tools — is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-centric approach. You know how to look at (affiliates) data and interpret numbers, to improve results.
• Effective communication & presentation skills to speak through results of marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Good understanding of mobile attribution models.
• High level of English, both verbal & written.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for new partners and initiate new traffic partnerships (acquisition), integration with them.
• Conducting strong business relations with branches, CPA networks.
• Run and test affiliate marketing campaigns with partners.
• Track, analyze and optimize the performance of affiliate campaigns.
• Monitoring daily performance of the Affiliates portfolio, such as the source of traffic & traffic quality to increase ROI and reach monthly KPIs.
• Make forecasts and report on results.
